The institution operates through a three-tier structure consisting of the Board of Trustees, the Programme Committee, and the General Body.

The Programme Committee
The Programme Committee plans and designs the various activities and learning programmes conducted at Bal Bhavan, ensuring that children benefit from creative, educational, and recreational opportunities.

Executive Director
Since its establishment in 1980, Bal Bhavan has grown into a dynamic institution dedicated to the holistic development of children. Over the years, the scope and quality of activities have expanded significantly, making it one of the most vibrant children’s activity centres in Vadodara.
The institution is led by the Executive Director, supported by a professional administrative and programme team. Bal Bhavan currently runs multiple activity units including Creative Arts, Performing Arts, Library & Literary Activities, Science, Indoor & Outdoor Sports, and Welfare Projects.
The Director is assisted by a Deputy Director, Administrator,Accountant,Programme Officer, Programme Coordinator and Admission In-charge, and trained activity instructors, ensuring smooth operations and a rich learning environment for children.
